Points are not currently being earned or redeemed on bookings, and sign-up and account lookup are unavailable. We would rather tell you that plainly than show you a balance we cannot stand behind.
Your hotel bookings are unaffected — you can book as normal. Check this page for the programme's live status before relying on rewards for a booking.
How LP Rewards Will Work
The programme below describes what we are building. Details may change before launch.
Book a Hotel
Search and book any hotel through LP Travel. Your booking is linked to the email address you book with.
Earn Points
Earn points on qualifying hotel bookings, credited after check-in. Final earn rates will be confirmed at launch.
Redeem for Discounts
Redeem points at checkout for a discount on a future booking, at 10 points to the dollar.
Common Questions
Can I still book while LP Rewards is paused?
Yes. Hotel, flight and tour bookings all work normally. Only the loyalty programme is paused.
Will bookings I make now earn points later?
We cannot promise retrospective points, so please do not book on that basis. If backdating is possible at launch we will apply it.
How do I check or cancel an existing booking?
Use My Bookings to verify your email, view the supplier-confirmed details and check whether online cancellation is available. If it needs review, contact info@lptravel.com.au.
