LP Travel – Return & Refund Policy
At LP Travel, we aim to deliver high-quality, custom-made products you’ll love. Since all our items are printed on demand, our return policy reflects the unique nature of these products.
📦 1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:
Misprints, defects, or damaged items: Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Lost in transit: Claims for missing packages must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

A description of the issue
Photos of the defect (if applicable)
If the error is on our end, we will cover the cost of a replacement or refund.
🔄 2. Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
Change of mind or wrong size: All items are custom-made, so please check size guides carefully before ordering.
Custom or personalized products: These are made just for you and cannot be returned.
Sealed goods (e.g., face masks): Due to hygiene and safety reasons, these items cannot be returned or reshipped.
EU Consumers: Under Directive 2011/83/EU, you may not return personalized or hygiene-sensitive goods once unsealed.
🚚 3. Shipping & Return Logistics
Wrong Address:
If the provided shipping address is insufficient, the package will be returned to Printful’s facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping once an updated address is confirmed.Unclaimed Shipments:
If a package is unclaimed, it will be returned to Printful’s facility. You will be liable for reshipping costs. Unclaimed items are donated to charity after 30 days if no action is taken.Returned by Customer:
Please contact us before returning any products. Except where required by law (e.g., Brazilian consumer rights), we do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges.
If you’d like to offer a replacement or exchange, you will need to place a new order at your expense.
💳 4. Refund Process
If your return is approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Replacements will be processed immediately at no cost if the error is on our part.
We do not refund shipping costs unless the return is due to a Printful error.
📌 5. Important Notes
Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once they are in production.
Charity Donations: Returned items that are unclaimed for 30 days are automatically donated.
International Returns: Customers outside Australia should expect longer return processing times.
